We offer discounts for Yearly or Seasonal accounts with a contract. We also offer 5% discounts for multiple buildings or properties. Each of our contracts are individualized to each of our customers needs and requests. Call us with any questions you may have.
Referrals
We give out an emailed coupon for every successful referral. 10% off the next pressure wash or painting project.
Painting Projects
We offer a 5% or .10 to .25 cent per sqft discount, for multiple property customers, or paper contracts using us exclusively.
Cleaning
We have a package deal that will save you 5% or $50.00 if you set up the RENT READY or TURN KEY at the same time you schedule the painting.
