We can complete any pressure washing, drywall repairs, paint, clean, hauling off garbage/furniture & wire the cable or phone outlets to prepare for your sale, tenant or resident. We can even do the lawn & yard maintenance. Please ask us about our rent ready or turn key service which does come with a discount.
